If you receive an error message with the code 550 when trying to send emails in Outlook, it means that there is an authentication problem. To fix this, please click on "File" in the menu bar of the e-mail program and select the "Information" option.- Next, go to "Account Settings" > "Account Settings" and double-click on your e-mail address.
