The Apple Watch is not only great at making your life more enjoyable through small widgets and useful apps, but the watch can also support you wonderfully during sports. The iWatch is completely waterproof to a certain degree, so you can even use it for swimming training without hesitation.

Apple iWatch: How to start your swimming training

To have a successful workout with the watch, you first need the "Training" app. It is also recommended to pair the iWatch with your iPhone beforehand.
  1. Within the app, you can scroll directly to the "Pool Swimming" or "Open Water Swimming" categories.
  2. In these categories, in turn, you can easily start the workout or tap the "More" button to set various goals such as distance, calories or time.
  3. By turning the Digital Crown, you also set the length of the pool, which tracks your lanes.
