If you don't know your Steam level, you can check directly in your account which level you are currently at. To do this, log in to your Steam account with your user data, hover your mouse over your username and click on the "Badges" option. Here you will find an overview with your current level, your experience level as well as the number of XP needed until the next level.

Steam: These options are available to reach a higher level

The level of your Steam account depends on various factors. Would you like to reach a higher level on Steam, this is therefore also possible in different ways.

1. So you get experience points for each year that you are a member of Steam, which help you to reach a new level.
2. The number of games in your Steam library is also rewarded with XP points, so that you can also increase your level with an increase in your game collection.
3. If you buy a game during a sale and participate in actions of the Steam community, this also has an impact on your level.
4. Another way to actively reach a higher Steam level are trading cards. You can purchase these on the trading card market and receive badges and XP points.
