1. All you need for a homemade drinking straw made of straw is a rapeseed cereal stalk or other cereal stalk left over from the harvest.
2. Have you found a suitable cereal stalk on a harvested field, cut out of this, between two growth nodes, a piece.
3. Clean the stalk anschießend thoroughly with water and let it dry well before you use your new drinking straw for the first time.
