Inserting an additional line in Excel is sometimes not as easy as in Word. However, there are several ways to insert an additional row into your spreadsheet or calculation. You can do this either with your mouse or with a keyboard shortcut.- One way to insert a row in Excel is with your mouse. To do this, simply right-click between the two rows where you want to insert an additional row. In the menu that opens, select "Insert row". Now another line appears, with which you can expand your table or your calculation without much effort.
- It is even faster and more efficient with the help of a keyboard shortcut. First, you select the line over which you want to insert an additional row.
