How to check your Telekom balance
If you use one of Telekom's prepaid tariffs, you surely want to regularly check how much data volume, call minutes or how much money you still have on your cell phone. At Telekom, there are now various ways to find out.
By regularly checking your balance, you'll have a full overview of what you're spending on your cell phone. For example, if you have accidentally called a voicemail, you can immediately check how much the call has cost you.Thanks to your prepaid tariff, you can find out how much credit you still have available in different ways. This can be done online, by app, by call or by SMS and all these ways are free of charge. You can also top up your credit right away via the Android app or your account if you discover that you no longer have enough Telekom credit.Checking your credit: Here's how
If you want to find out your Telekom credit, you have five ways to choose from:- Install Telekom's free "My Magenta" app on your smartphone. Here you can view credit, data volume and other data, as well as top up credit.
- Enter *100# on your phone and press the call button, the credit will appear on your display.
- If you call 2000, your credit will be read out to you.
- Log in the browser with your access data in the customer center of Telekom, you can directly query your credit and recharge.
- With the app "Prelado" you also have a quick overview of your credit.
