How to add a checkbox in Confluence
In addition to developing Trello and Jira, Australian company Atlassian has also added numerous features to Confluence. Adding a checkbox to a page is one of the standard features and works like this:- Open Confluence and look for the tab "Checkboxes" in the editor.
- Then click on "Add checkbox".
- Now an input mask opens where you can edit the checkbox.
Editing options when creating a checkbox in Confluence
- Release: In this setting you specify who can check the checkbox (for example, course participants or supervisors).
- Title: A checkbox is characterized by a short and meaningful title.
- Checkbox type: In this aspect, you have ten options available (for example, "done", "passed", "fulfilled" or "checked").
- Punktevergabe: Für eine Checkbox können Sie auch festlegen, ob und wieviel Punkte dafür vergeben werden (zum Beispiel für einen Test).
