How to open the clipboard in Windows 10

When you copy something or take a screenshot in Windows 10, these files are copied to the system clipboard. You use the key combination "Ctrl" + "C" to copy a selected object, which you then paste again with "Ctrl "+ "V". Windows does not offer an option that allows you to see directly into the clipboard.
