Proceed as follows:

1. Press "Win" + "I" to open the Windows settings.
2. Select "System".
3. Click "Clipboard" on the left side of the navigation.
4. There you will find the "Delete" button at "Clear Clipboard Data".

This will clear the clipboard both on the computer and in your Windows account, and the data can no longer accidentally fall into unfamiliar hands.
