The Ring Doorbell 2 has a replaceable battery pack that can be charged with a standard micro USB cable. The charging time is 5 to 10 hours.

1. Open the Ring Doorbell 2 by removing the security screw and loosening the front cover.
2. Press the locking tab to release the battery from the cradle.
3. Now connect the battery with a micro USB cable and connect it to a power source.
