To invite friends to Dropbox, follow these steps:Log in to dropbox.com in your browser.
  1. Click on your profile (i.e., your name) in the upper right corner and then click on "Settings."
  2. Select the "Subscription" option and click on "Invite Friends."
  3. On the next page, you can enter one or more email addresses. In addition, you can also recruit new users via Gmail and Facebook.
Whichever option you choose, you will receive 500 MB for each invited person who subsequently logs into Dropbox and installs the desktop app. The upper limit for this system is 16 GB, which is 32 enlisted users. If you use Dropbox Pro, it's even 1 GB per enlisted person with a limit of 32 GB.The enlisted person also gets 500 GB and 1 GB of storage, respectively, for signing up.
