Kaspersky Parental Control: Protect your children virtually

There are so many dangers lurking on the Internet that children in particular can fall victim to. Hidden cost traps or subscriptions are often offered. Internet sites with content intended only for adults check the age with one click. For this reason, software that makes the Internet safer comes in handy.

Enable parental controls from Kaspersky

Everywhere on the Internet, children encounter content that is not designed for them. Even when chatting, there is hardly any effective control over the written content. To keep a better eye on your children's safety while surfing or playing online, software like Kaspersky is a good choice. This offers "Kaspersky Safe Kids." With the program, you can manage screen time, remotely request the device's location and battery level, block YouTube searches, and make other settings. Kaspersky's default antivirus also has special parental control options. This offers the option to view logs of your child's activities on the PC.
  1. First, open Kaspersky. Click on the "Parental Control" field. You will now need to enter your password or set one up.
  2. Click "Log in" and, if necessary, enable control using the slider on the right. Then click on "Customize restrictions".
  3. You can now customize certain access times and locks to your liking. Click on the "Profile" tab on the left, you can choose preset rules that differ by young children and teenagers. Choose one of the profiles.
  4. In the top tabs of the left side, you can make your own adjustments to restrict certain programs, games, social media and websites.
