Android 11: Uninstall apps - these steps are necessary
Some apps take up a lot of memory on your device. For this reason, it may make sense for you to uninstall unnecessary apps. This is also possible in a few steps under Android 11. To do this, all you have to do is access your installed apps via the Google Play Store.
How to uninstall apps on Android 11
Every Android smartphone only has a limited amount of storage space. For this reason, it is important to regularly sort out the content. This also includes apps. These in particular can take up a lot of storage space. If you use Android 11, you can, as with previous versions, uninstall applications in a few steps via the Google Play Store.- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Tap then in the upper right corner on the icon with the three dashes below each other to open the menu.
- After that, select the "My apps and games" entry and search for the app you want to delete.
- Finally tap "Uninstall" to remove it from your device.
- Note that some pre-installed apps cannot be removed. However, depending on your smartphone manufacturer, you may be able to disable them. How and whether this works, is therefore very different.
- Apps that you have already purchased, you can also uninstall. Diese müssen Sie bei erneutem Interesse nicht nochmal kaufen, sondern können sie über den Play Store problemlos neu herunterladen.
