What Lit Means - Everything You Need to Know
Many terms in today's boy language come from English and, at least from the spelling, are often adopted one-to-one.- Translated, the term "lit" means something like "illuminated" or "lit". In English slang, however, the word is also used as an expression for "drunk" or "intoxicated".
- In the German language for boys, however, Lit has a different meaning than its translation. Here, the expression is mainly used to describe a positive thing and replaces expressions such as "beautiful", "great", "horny", "great" or "exciting".
- Lit can even be increased - "lit af" or even "lit as fuck" is often used when something is particularly great.
