Delete all or only individual Firefox cookies: How to do it

In Firefox you can easily disable the collection of cookies. However, if you have already collected cookies and now want to delete them, we will show you how. Like all settings related to privacy, history, addons and security, you can also find the cookies management under "Settings".

You want to delete cookies? Thanks to Firefox settings, it's easy.

Firefox: delete cookies with a few clicks in settings

To remove cookies in Firefox, you must first navigate to the settings. To delete them, proceed as follows:
  1. Click on the menu button with the three horizontal bars and open the "Settings".
  2. Click on "Privacy & Security" in the left navigation and go to the "Cookies & Website Data" section.
  3. Click on "Remove Data" to open the "Clear Data" dialog box.
  4. Set a check mark at "Cookies & Website Data" and confirm with "Clear".
  5. To remove all cookies, but not the other data, go to "Library" > "History"> "Clear Recent History..." in the menu and set a check mark at "Cookies" before confirming with "OK".
This way Firefox always gives you full control over your cookies. To not accept cookies at all, uncheck the box in front of "Accept cookies" in the previous section under "Chronicle".
