Eventim: Delete account - how it works

If you don't use Eventim, you can have your account deleted. The same also applies if you have accidentally created multiple accounts. However, the function for this is not easily found on the website.

Eventim is one of the largest online providers of tickets for concerts, musicals, comedy shows and much more. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service, no longer use it or have simply accidentally created two accounts, you can have your account deleted.

Instructions: Delete Account at Eventim

Many users of Eventim think that there is no option to permanently delete the account. This is because no matter how much you go through your account information, you will not find an option to do so. Instead, deleting the account only succeeds via support.

1. The easiest way to reach Eventim's customer service is to call up the Help Center.
2. Now enter the question here in the search field "How can I delete my account?" and click on the magnifying glass in the line.
3. Now click on "This answer was not helpful?" at the bottom right - this will open the contact form.
4. Now enter your name or the name of the account holder here.
5. Type your address in the relevant fields.
6. Eventim also needs your email address so that the provider can delete your account. This must be the email address with which you registered the account at Eventim.
7. Then indicate at "Your question" that you want to delete your account permanently.
8. Send the message. Within a few business days you will receive a response from Eventim customer service and a confirmation that your account is deleted.
