Before you can delete your zweisam.de account, it is necessary to cancel your subscription to the dating website. The cancellation is always possible, regardless of the duration of your membership, up to 48 hours before the automatic renewal.

3. Once you have completed the cancellation process, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact the customer service of zweisam.de. This is necessary because the cancellation will only take effect after you have received the confirmation.
