Anno 1800: Rotate buildings - this is how easy it is

Anno 1800 explains many important things by itself, but unfortunately not all. This includes simple operations like turning buildings. Our guide shows how to bring all buildings into the desired orientation.

Puzzling to get started: building rotation is child's play, though not immediately obvious.

In Anno 1800, a simple rotation can determine whether a building fits in a spot or not. This is all the more important the less space is available.

Anno 1800: Rotate buildings by keys

The building rotation is assigned by default on the keyboard:

• These are the keys "." (dot) and "," (comma), which are directly next to each other. With dot the rotation is clockwise, with comma in the opposite direction.
• Alternatively, the rotation also works with the mouse wheel pressed, followed by the scroll up or down.

Who does not like this solution: in the "Control" section of the options, you can also assign the keys themselves as desired.
