Apps are no longer displayed in iTunes. Instead, use the software for other options. Application you now manage directly in the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.- Once downloaded, apps can be downloaded from the App Store directly to your Apple devices over and over again. A backup on the PC is not necessary.
- Complete backups of your mobile device are still stored on iTunes and can be easily downloaded to your iPhone or iPad if necessary. Alternatively, however, the backups can also be created wirelessly via iCloud.
- The version 12.6.3 of iTunes is still available for download, according to Apple. So if you are not at all happy with the changes brought about by the new update, you can downgrade your management program at any time.
