Honor 20: Email - how to set up the mail app

The Honor 20 has a mail app that allows you to manage all your email accounts in one app. We will show you step by step how to add an existing email address to the app preinstalled on the device and manage the inbox.

Honor 20: How to add a new email account on your smartphone

In order to access your email quickly and without installing additional apps, it makes sense to add all your email accounts to your Honor 20. Setting up an email account on the Honor 20 is possible directly in the device's Mail app.

1. First, please open the Mail app by tapping the "envelope icon" in the app overview.
2. Then, select your email provider from the list or tap "Other" if it is not listed.
3. Next, enter your email address as well as the corresponding password before tapping "Sign in" and following the further instructions on the Honor 20's display to configure your account.

How to manage your email accounts on the Honor 20

If you have set up multiple email accounts on your Honor 20, you can manage them simultaneously in the Mail app. To retrieve new emails, please first select the desired email account on the Inbox screen to access the list of all your emails. To read, delete or reply to an email, simply open it by tapping the message. Swipe left or right to return to the previous email or open the next message respectively.
