Before you make a firm decision to subscribe to one or more Amazon Channels, you have the opportunity to test them for free. However, booking a channel with Amazon is only possible if you are also a Prime member. Get an overview of how the test phase works.

How to test Amazon Channels for free

To test Amazon Channels for free, you need a Prime membership with Amazon. If you have this, simply call up the Amazon website in the browser and log in to your account with your user data.

1. Then click on "All categories" at the top and navigate to "Prime Video" > "Prime Video Channels".
2. Now search for a series or movie you want to watch and click on it.
3. You will then be taken to an overview page that will show you on which channel the movie or series is available.
4. To test the respective channel for 14 days free of charge, please click on the yellow button that is displayed to you and confirm your selection with "Start now".

After the free trial period: How to cancel Amazon Channels again

If the 14-day trial period has expired, the booking of the selected Amazon Channel is automatically extended if you do not cancel it in time. If you do not like a channel or would like to cancel it for another reason, please go to "Manage my Prime Video Channels" in your Amazon account.
