Packstation: Lost card - how to get access again

In order to be able to pick up a shipment from your Packstation, you absolutely need your customer card including the associated code. Without the card and the code, the compartment in the Packstation cannot be opened. Find out here what you can do if you have lost the card and need a new one.

Apply for a new customer card - here's how

Without the right customer card and the corresponding code, your parcel will not be issued at the Packstation. If you have lost the card, you will need to contact DHL customer service to request a new one. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Call up the DHL website in your browser.
  2. Click on "Help and Contact" in the navigation and then select the category "Packstation" in the overview.
  3. Select "Problems & Solutions", look for the item "What do I do if I have lost my Packstation customer card" in the list and click on the red plus symbol.
  4. Click in the text on "Contact form" and then enter your postal number, first name, last name and address in the appropriate fields.
  5. Finally click on the "Send" button to send your data.
Alternatively to the contact form, you can also contact the customer service via hotline or chat. Once you have applied for a new card, the old one will be automatically blocked for security reasons.
