Delete Steam Account: How it works

Delete account on Steam

To delete your Steam account, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to Steam with your login details.
2. Click on "Steam" in the top left corner and then on "Settings".
3. Under "Account" select the top right now "View account details".
4. At the bottom of the next window click on "Delete my Steam account".
5. Then select "Continue to account deletion".
6. Now fill out all the fields that are required. Um Missbrauch zu vermeiden, müssen Sie dabei auch eine Zahlungsart sowie einige Daten dazu angeben.
7. Klicken Sie abschließend auf „Absenden“.

Innerhalb von 30 Tagen können Sie den Support kontaktieren und die Löschung stoppen. Ansonsten wird der Account nach dieser Zeitspanne gelöscht.
