The Chinese company will launch two versions of its next top-of-the-line smartphone: OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro. The differences will be many: here's what
New features in the OnePlus house. From the latest rumors it would seem that the next top-of-the-line smartphone 2019 of OnePlus, namely the OnePlus 7, will also be proposed in a brand new version Pro and Pro 5G. And, again according to rumors and leaks that are circulating on the network, there will be many differences between the different versions.
The well-known leaker Steve H.McFly, aka @OnLeaks, believes in fact that between the normal and Pro version of the OnePlus 7 will change a bit 'everything: from the screen to the photo department. As for the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, however, according to @OnLeaks the only difference from the OnePlus 7 Pro would be just the 5G modem, everything else would be identical. According to other rumors, however, the Chinese manufacturer could launch a 5G version of the OnePlus 7 as well, at least to differentiate it more from the current top-of-the-line OnePlus 6T.
Differences between the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro
The difference that stands out most when comparing the two OnePlus 7, at least as the leaks tell us, is the screen: the OnePlus 7 has a flat 6.4-inch display, while the OnePlus 7 Pro a curved 6.64-inch screen with QHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate, especially useful for gaming.
Another difference is the photo department. The regular OnePlus 7 mounts a dual-lens rear camera, with the main one having a 48 MP sensor, while the front-facing camera is integrated into the notch. The OnePlus 7 Pro has three lenses at the back: 48 MP main, tele and ultra wide, while the front camera is a pop-up "Pop Up" camera. In addition, the Pro version is expected to have larger battery (4,000 mAh), 30-watt fast charging and USB 3.1 connection.
OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro: price and launch date
From some rumors that appeared online, it would seem that the launch date of the two top-of-the-line 2019 smartphones from OnePlus has been set for May 14, that is, in less than a month. As for the price, however, nothing is certain yet. It would seem that the OnePlus 7 may go on sale at a similar price as the current OnePlus 6T. For the OnePlus 7 Pro, being a novelty, there are no comparisons and the assumptions all straddle the 700 euro mark.
