The offers proposed by Wind Tre, Vodafone and Fastweb Casa have in fact prices lower than 26 euros per month: these are not plans destined to increase over time, but, on the contrary, promotions that have a fixed duration or are destined to decrease over the years, as in the case of Vodafone.
The ADSL tariffs
An ADSL home Internet tariff allows you to surf at a speed of 20 Mega download and 1 Giga upload: these are the maximum speeds, which in practice are not always reached. The good news is that to see a streaming movie or a game online from your cell phone or PC are not required the connection speeds of fiber optics. La promozione si può acquistare senza modem, ma nel caso in cui non se ne possedesse già uno, si può usufruire di quello proposto da Wind Tre, alla cifra di 5,99 euro: in questo modo il costo della tariffa diventerà di 25,98 euro.
Le altre super promozioni a meno di 26 euro al mese sono quelle di:
• Vodafone, con l’offerta Internet Unlimited ADSL, che costa 25,90 euro al mese per i primi 4 anni, e 22,90 a partire dal quinto;
• Fastweb Casa, con la quale si ha accesso a Internet e chiamate illimitate, senza dover pagare il canone Telecom, a costo di 25,95 euro al mese, per sempre.
Le offerte in fibra ottica
La tecnologia della fibra ottica non ha ancora raggiunto tutta Italia: la rete più veloce fra tutte, la fibra FTTH, che raggiunge la velocità di 1 Giga in download, copre soltanto alcune città italiane, mentre una parte del territorio è servita dalla tecnologia della fibra FTTC, che viaggia alla velocità massima di 200 Mega in download.
Le promozioni Internet casa in fibra ottica hanno lo stesso prezzo delle corrispettive tariffe di tipo ADSL:
• Super Fibra Unlimited di Wind Tre ha un costo di 19,99 euro al mese + il modem a 5,99 euro, che è opzionale;
• Internet Unlimited di Vodafone, che ha un costo di 25,90 euro al mese per i primi 4 anni e di 22,90 euro al mese a partire dal quinto anno;
• Fastweb casa, ha un costo fisso di 25,95 euro al mese.
Quello che cambia, nel concreto, tra una promozione ADSL e una in fibra ottica è la velocità di connessione: il prezzo rimane lo stesso, così come eventuali servizi correlati all’offerta. Lo speed test è lo strumento attraverso il quale si può conoscere in anticipo la velocità che può essere raggiunta nel luogo in cui si abita e nel quale si ha intenzione di attivare una nuova promozione.
