The official price set by Microsoft for the Xbox Series S is $299, just what they had assumed the leakers. If the purchase will be made through the Xbox All Access program, however, the price will be $25 per month. No more details have been revealed by Microsoft, which however announces that more information will be provided shortly.
The price in Europe will be 299 euros, without any conversion between the two currencies. Xbox Series S, the characteristics
The technical specifications of the Xbox Series S have not been revealed, but it is known that it will have a power similar to that of the current Xbox One S with the addition of compatibility with next-generation titles. Basically it will be the Xbox for playing new titles, but at low resolution.
From the images the Xbox Series S actually looks very small (it looks like a book) and no optical drive is visible. The color is pure white, with a large black ventilation grille.
