For 28-day billing Vodafone proposes to its users a compensatory plan consisting of five vouchers and 50GB of free internet data
Vodafone takes the field in the issue of refunds for 28-day bills and presents its own compensatory plan: vouchers and 50GB of free data traffic in exchange for waiving the right to request economic reimbursement. Fatturazione a 28 giorni: il piano compensativo di Vodafone
Cinque voucher e 50GB di traffico dati sulla propria SIM mobile o su quella fornita con la Vodafone Station, questa l’offerta compensativa che l’operatore telefonico ha preparato per i clienti colpiti dalla fatturazione a 28 giorni. La comunicazione dell’offerta Vodafone è partita in questi giorni e andrà avanti fino al 10 luglio attraverso una campagna SMS, DEM e newsletter.
I cinque voucher riguardano diversi settori merceologici:
- Nespresso: sconto di 120€ (scadenza voucher 25/08/2019)
- SaldiPrivati: sconto di 10€ (scadenza voucher 25/08/2019)
- Nike: sconto del 20% (scadenza voucher 25/08/2019)
- Philips: sconto di 25€ (scadenza voucher 25/08/2019)
- Traveller (rivista): 1 anno di abbonamento (scadenza voucher 25/08/2019).
Per accettare il piano di storno proposto da Vodafone, basta rispondere “Sì" al messaggio ricevuto sul proprio smartphone. I clienti rete fissa che non hanno una SIM Vofadone, potranno accedere alla pagina creata sul sito dell’operatore telefonico e lasciare i dati della propria fornitura. Questo il testo dell’SMS:
“Per te 50 Giga per un mese sulla SIM dati associata alla tua rete fissa e 5 voucher. Scoprili su voda.it/voucher. Quanto sopra viene erogato in base alla delibera di AGCOM 269/18/CONS a titolo di compensazione alternativa dovuta al ritorno alla fatturazione mensile. By proceeding with the request for the codes and activation of the option, the customer waives the right to request the return of the amount provided for by the resolution AGCOM 269/18/CONS. To get them answer Yes to this SMS".
Once accepted, the proposal will be activated within 72 hours and you will receive an email containing the codes of the five vouchers. Remember that by accepting Vodafone's compensatory plan, you waive the right to request a refund in monetary form.
28-day bills: the compensatory plan for TeleTu customers
Vodafone has thought of a reversal plan for TeleTu customers as well: instead of 50GB of free internet data, they will get three months of unlimited calls to national mobile numbers, or international fixed and mobile numbers. The five vouchers remain included.
