From today, telephone operators can offer the 500 euro voucher to users with ISEE within 20,000 euros: here's how to ask for it.
Bonus PC, tablet and Internet at the start: it is today, November 9, 2020, the first day to join the offers of telephone operators and get the voucher of 500 euros to spend to subscribe to fast Internet and get the hardware (PC or tablet) to surf. To be precise, of the total 500 euros of each voucher, 200 will be used to pay at least in part the Internet subscription for 12 months while the remaining 300 will be used to cover part of the cost of the computer or tablet.
In recent days Infratel, the company of the Ministry of Economic Development that manages the technical procedures for the provision of the bonus, has published a new Annex to the Operating Manual for telephone operators with which it explains what are the minimum requirements that must have the connection offered: 30 Mbit / s download and 15 Mbit / s upload. Instead, the requirements for users to apply for a voucher remain unchanged: no connection (or connection with a speed lower than 30 Mbit/s) and ISEE not exceeding 20,000 euros. Who has both these requirements can ask for the bonus PC, tablet and Internet. Here's how.
How to ask for the PC and Internet bonus
Because the bonus has a minimum technical requirement related to speed, not all users will be able to take advantage of it even if they have an ISEE within 20,000 euros: if they are not covered by a fast connection (in principle fiber FTTC and FTTH, Fixed Wireless or Satellite Internet) they have no chance.
This is why the telephone operators accredited to deliver the bonus have almost all provided a call mode for the delivery of the bonus: the user leaves his phone number, is called back by an operator who checks the coverage and, if the technical requirement is met, we proceed with the allocation of the voucher (the second requirement, the ISEE, is met with a self-certification).
Some operators, such as WindTre, have also published some examples of application of the bonus to their offers. L’offerta Super Fibra di WindTre, grazie al bonus, ha un prezzo di 7,31 euro al mese per 12 mesi invece di 28,98 al mese se abbinata ad un tablet Lenovo Tab M10 FHD Plus, mentre ha un prezzo di 12,31 euro al mese più un contributo una tantum di 159,90 euro se si sceglie il tablet Samsung Galaxy TAB S6 LITE.
Ricordiamo agli utenti che, come ha precisato chiaramente la stessa Infratel, al termine dei dodici mesi il tablet o il PC restano di proprietà di chi ha sottoscritto l’offerta con il voucher del bonus Internet.
