Galaxy Tab S7+, the top-of-the-line tablet that challenges iPad Pro

Samsung is ready to give battle to Apple also on the tablet market: comes Galaxy Tab S7+, the top-of-the-line tablet that challenges iPad Pro

In 2020 Samsung is preparing to launch two new top-of-the-line tablets. These are Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7+, which could be announced as early as next August 5 at the Galaxy Unpacked event. Many of the features of the two smartphones have already been revealed, including the featured processor: a Snapdragon 865+. The processor will therefore be powerful and supported with 6GB and 8GB of RAM.

The event on August 5 in which Samsung's new tablet will be announced will take place via live streaming. In addition to the announcement of the Galaxy Tab S7+, the company will also introduce the new Galaxy Note 20 smartphone series and the 5G variant of the Galaxy Z Flip. No rumors instead on the price of this top-of-the-line tablet, which is preparing to challenge the performance of Apple's iPad Pro.

Galaxy Tab S7+, the features

The Galaxy Tab S7+ will feature Snapdragon 865+ SoC processor with speeds up to 3.1 GHz and a 10% increase in power compared to a regular Snapdragon 865. Samsung's tablet will be available in two memory variants, with 6GB or 8GB RAM, while for the internal storage you can choose between 128GB or 256GB version respectively. The 12.4-inch display on the other hand will be AMOLED with an expected resolution of 2800×1752 pixels and will support S Pen with integrated Bluetooth.

Just like its predecessor Galaxy Tab S6, Samsung's new tablet will also be equipped with a dual camera on the back, a 13-megapixel and a 5-megapixel sensor. The front camera instead will have an 8-megapixel sensor. The operating system will be Android 10 with One Ui 2.5. The battery included might be 10090 mAh, but according to rumors it might not support fast charging at either 45W or 25W.

It will not lack a fingerprint reading sensor integrated under the display, which can also be used for secure unlocking features. It will also arrive in a version that supports 5G Sub-6Ghz networks. If the launch date of August 5 now seems confirmed, no rumors are yet circulating about the possible price of this top-of-the-line tablet.
