The Chinese company renews its range of laptops but also presents new routers: everything you need for smart working and distance learning.
New laptops and routers, all with an eye to smart working and DaD. This is the choice of Huawei that today announced the new devices designed specifically for those users who have decided to renew their tools in order to better address, by choice or by necessity, work and study commitments from home.
Laptops with large screens, to meet all the needs of those who spend many hours in front of the screen, and high performance, as well as routers with high performance and the latest standards, including support for Wi-Fi 6 (here all the advantages of this standard), are among the proposals of the Chinese manufacturer to meet the needs of young students and workers with the need to always have their tools available even in contexts of mobility, from home to travel. Huawei proposes to renew its equipment by improving its capabilities, combining proposals that can adapt to any scenario for a high-level experience.
Matebook D15 and Matebox X Pro 2021, the new laptops from Huawei
Huawei MateBook D15 is the first of the newly unveiled laptops, featuring an 11th generation Intel Core processor, a 15-inch FullHD screen with anti-glare IPS and TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light and Flicker Free certification to avoid eye strain. This laptop, which inherits the typical design of the series, has among the possible configurations the one that integrates the new Intel Iris Xe card, useful for those who make particularly complex graphics work or, likewise, for lovers of computer gaming. In addition to this, inside we find a RAM that can reach up to 16GB and an SSD hard drive, highly performant.
Equipped with Fingerprint Power button (ie biometric unlocking with fingerprint), dual Wi-Fi 6 antenna and reverse charging SuperCharge to quickly charge compatible Huawei smartphones, MateBook D15 gives an extremely smart user experience, from studying to gaming. The adjective smart is also reinforced by Huawei Share, the cross-device feature that allows Windows and Android devices to be used simultaneously on the laptop. Lightweight, it's 1.56kg, and slim, 16.9mm at its thickest point, it's easy and convenient to carry anywhere with you.
It has a 3K FullView display, for high-definition viewing, and an 11th generation Intel Core processor. It is the Huawei MateBook X Pro 2021 laptop, featuring a 3:2 aspect ratio display with panoramic effect and ultra-high-precision touch screen for more freedom when using, even without an external mouse. With a fingerprint power button and hidden camera, this laptop allows you to keep user privacy safe as well as provide quick power on and maximized screen view.
As with the Matebook D15, the MateBook X Pro 2021 also features Huawei Share that allows you to use up to three mobile apps simultaneously on your notebook. This translates into more screens available on your device's screen, fast file transfer, and the ability to manage phone and video calls received on your smartphone directly from your laptop.
Huawei Wifi Ax3, first Wi-Fi 6 router
This is the first series of routers to support the Wi-Fi 6 standard: it is called Huawei WiFi AX3 and allows you to take full advantage of the fast connection when used together with other devices in the Huawei ecosystem. The brains of the units in the series is the proprietary Gigahome processor, in tandem with the Gigahome Wi-Fi 6 chipset (with a frequency bandwidth of up to 160MHz), for double the network speed.
The WiFi AX3 series routers also participate in Huawei Share support. In fact, by tapping an unlocked, NFC-enabled Android phone on the router's NFC detection area, the user can connect to the network made available by the device without entering a password.
