Now it's official: on August 9, Huawei will present the new EMUI 10. In the presentation program of the Huawei Developer Conference 2019, the conference dedicated to developers (similar to the one that Apple and Google organize every year), the name of the EMUI 10 based on Android Q appeared.
With this announcement, the Chinese company confirms the two major software innovations that will characterize the main Huawei smartphones: a new interface that will make the use of the smartphone faster, and the update to the latest version of the green robot operating system. Especially this last novelty was far from obvious due to the well-known events that have affected Huawei in recent months. U.S. President Donald Trump seems to have convinced himself to ease the sanctions imposed on the Chinese company and the release of the Android 10 Q update is definitely a positive sign.
What changes with EMUI 10
In addition to the confirmation of the arrival of the new user interface, information about EMUI 10 has also filtered in. What changes from the version currently present on Huawei smartphones? First and foremost, users have more freedom in customizing Themes, Wallpapers and Fonts. Managing the contents of the photo gallery will be easier and the user will be able to sort images according to their needs. Other new features include video ringtones.
