Dropbox: Get list of created links

Dropbox provides free storage that you can use to upload files and share them with friends or family. Most of the time, this is done through a link. If you don't know which links are still open after some time, you can view them in a list.

How do you view a list of created links?

To view shared links or folders, Dropbox uses the so-called Sharing List. Here all shared files are listed.
  1. Go to the Dropbox website and log in with your user data, i.e. password and username or email.
  2. When you are in your account, go to "Files" on the left side and from there on to "Sharing".
  3. Now you see a list with all your shared folders. At the top you can switch between different tabs. Under "Files" you will see all shared files and under "Links" all your share links.
  4. Here you can also edit the share settings for each share individually. To do this, simply click on the three small dots in the same line.
If you have your own company and need much more storage space, Dropbox Business might be right for you. Here you get a higher storage capacity, can recover lost data and set permissions for different people.
