How to start your Surface Pro 6 in Safe Mode
You can start your Surface Pro 6 in Safe Mode with and without network drivers. This way you can rule out that the problem is with the default device drivers and settings. There are several ways to get into this mode.- You can start the safe mode via the settings. To do this, go to the settings on the device.
- Now click on "Update and security" > "Recovery" > "Advanced startup".
- Select the option "Restart now". Once the system has restarted, click "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced Options" on the screen.

- After the device has restarted, select the fourth option or press the F4 key to start Safe Mode.
