An iPhone offers many user-friendly options. The App Switcher is also designed to make it easier for the user to use the smartphone. For this, the App Switcher additionally displays favorites. If you are dissatisfied with them, you can simply delete them.

The App Switcher on iPhone, which you open by double-pressing the Home button, is designed to let you quickly and conveniently switch between apps. On newer iPhone models without a home button, you open the switcher by swiping from the bottom of the screen to the center of the display and lingering there briefly.In addition to the most commonly used applications, the App Switcher also stores favorites. These favorites are the contacts you interact with the most. To the right, you can also see the last contacts with whom you have spoken on the phone, for example. If you don't like the way the Favorites are displayed, you can delete them from your iPhone's App Switcher:

1. To delete the Favorites from the App Switcher, you don't have to open it. Instead, open the ordinary settings on your iPhone.
2. Then select the "Mail, Contacts, Calendar" menu.
3. Find the "Contacts" section here and tap "In App Switcher".
