Telecom: How to book additional data volume

Telecom offers numerous tariffs where you can optionally add a device. The desired data volume available to you each month is also determined by the selected tariff. If the data volume is not sufficient for you, you have the option of booking additional mobile data once.

How to book additional data volume with Telekom

Once the data volume of your tariff is used up, your surfing speed is throttled. If you would like to book additional data volume on top of your selected rate, this is possible in different ways.

1. If you would like to have more data volume per month on a permanent basis, then it is worth changing your rate to a higher-value rate. For example, if you have the Data Comfort tariff L, you can add 5 GB per month for an additional 9.95 euros.
2. You can find out whether this is possible and which tariff you choose via the Telekom Customer Center. Here you can book the new rate directly.
3. With the "StreamOn" option, you also have the option of streaming music without using up your data volume. You can add this option to MagentaMobil M, MagentaMobil S Young and Family Card M. Mit „StreamOn Music&Video“ ist das Streamen von Videos mit dabei.
4. Sobald Ihr Datenvolumen aufgebraucht ist, erhalten Sie eine SMS. Um einmalig Ihr Datenvolumen aufzustocken, können Sie den Link in der SMS, das Kundencenter oder die Option der „MeinMagenta“-App verwenden.
