Why doesn't the smartphone recognize all Bluetooth devices?
If you want to connect different devices with your smartphone, this usually works. Nevertheless, it can happen that some Bluetooth devices are not recognized by your phone. The cause of the problem can be different, but usually it can be solved in just a few steps.
This is why the smartphone does not recognize all Bluetooth devices
You can connect speakers to your smartphone via Bluetooth if it supports the corresponding function. Usually it succeeds without any further problems. Once you have Bluetooth enabled on both devices, you can connect directly. If your smartphone does not recognize some devices, there is usually an error in the connection setup.- Your smartphone can only recognize another device if Bluetooth is enabled. Therefore, check if the corresponding icon is shown on your display. Otherwise, you can activate the function via the settings. Note that Bluetooth is automatically deactivated when you are in power saving mode.
- Most devices are automatically in pairing mode at the beginning and are therefore directly recognized by your phone. If this is not the case the second time, you must first make appropriate settings on the device you want to pair.
- If this is also not the error, faulty data may be behind it, which were temporarily stored. In this case, it may help to turn off both devices and turn them on again. Thus, the corresponding memory is cleared and resulting errors are fixed.
