Step by step: how to schedule a Microsoft Teams meeting
To schedule a meeting on Teams, you basically just need to invite the participants. Here's how it works:- Open Microsoft Teams and go to the calendar.
- Now click on "New meeting" at the top right. Now a window opens where you can specify meeting details such as date, time and title.
- In the "Required participants" field, now enter the names of all the people who should participate in the meeting. Under "Optional" you can also invite people whose participation is not mandatory.
- To create the meeting, click "Save". All participants will now be invited to the meeting via email.
