Samsung TV: No Signal - Troubleshooting Tips

If your Samsung TV suddenly stops receiving a signal, this may be due to a fault with the provider. If this is not the case, there are several other solutions that can help you fix the problem. We explain how to remedy the situation.

If the message that no signal is being received appears when you turn on your Samsung TV, this can have several causes. If you receive your transmitter signal via a cable connection, check whether all cables are properly plugged in and replace them test to exclude a defect.
  1. In contrast, if you receive your signal via a receiver or a C+ module, disconnect it briefly from the power supply or remove the module from the TV.
  2. If a problem with transmitter reception occurs when using a satellite dish, it may be that this is not properly aligned and you have to make up for it.
