iPhone: Transfer photos to iPad - how it works

If you want to see photos that you have taken or received with your iPhone also on your iPad, it works quite simply via the photo app. For this to work, all you need is for both devices to be logged in with the same Apple ID. Open the settings on both iPhone and iPad and tap on your name at the top to see which Apple ID is used.To transfer photos from the iPhone to the iPad, proceed as follows:

1. On your iPhone, first open the settings and go to the menu "Photos & Camera".
2. Here you will now find the option to a "photostream".
3. After you have activated the function, open the settings on the iPad as well to activate the photostream. You will find the menu in the same way.
4. After that, you will find all photos on both iPhone and iPad. Neue Fotos werden ebenfalls geteilt.

Nur ausgewählte Bilder teilen

1. Möchten Sie einzelne Fotos vom iPhone aufs iPad übertragen, navigieren Sie zu „Fotos & Kamera“ und wählen Sie dort „geteilter Fotostream“ aus.
2. Öffnen Sie nun die Foto-App und tippen Sie das Plus-Symbol an.
3. Geben Sie dem Fotostream einen Namen und wählen Sie anschließend die Fotos aus, die Sie aufs iPad übertragen wollen.
4. Wählen Sie „Teilen > Fotostream“ aus und tippen Sie auf den gerade erstellten Stream.
5. Anschließend finden Sie die Fotos am iPad.
