WoW: These are the system requirements for macOS

Windows is still the home for the majority of all PC gamers. However, particularly popular games also think about macOS users. WoW is no different and that's why we're showing the system requirements.

Broad range: WoW's macOS requirements start low, but more power pays off significantly.

Apple systems have many positive attributes, but have never been considered the first choice for gaming purposes. The MMORPG legend World of Warcraft, however, is fully compatible.

These are the system requirements WoW places on macOS computers

The official minimum requirements for the upcoming Shadowlands are:

• Operating system: macOS 10.12
• CPU: Intel Core i5-4670
• Graphics card: GeForce GT 750M / AMD Radeon R9 M290 / Intel UHD 630 (2 GB VRAM)
• Memory: 4 GB RAM (8 GB if onboard graphics chip is used)

Then the look at the recommended requirements:

• Operating system: macOS 10.14
• CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K
• Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX Vega 64
• Memory: 8 GB RAM

The 100 GB that the game occupies on the hard drive should ideally be on an SSD. Apart from that, the minimum requirements read quite low, which allows many players to participate. Allerdings gilt auch bei WoW: Mehr Leistung schadet keinesfalls – gerade für Aktivitäten wie große Raids ist ein starker Mac-Rechner sehr hilfreich.
