Starting Mac without logging in - this is how it works
A profile must be created on every Mac directly after installation so that you can use the PC. However, so that you do not have to enter your password after each startup, you can also get directly to the desktop without logging in. All you need to do is enable automatic login.
How to start Mac without logging in
You can easily set up the appropriate setting so that the Mac can get to the desktop without logging in.- Click on your desktop and then on the small apple icon in the top left menu bar. In the list of options that now opens, select "System Preferences...".
- In the System Preferences, go on to "Users & Groups".
- Click on the lock at the bottom left to remove the protection over your account. To do this, you must also enter your password.
- Now go to the login options on the left and select the option that designates your account at "Automatically log in". Usually this is your username.
- Now you need to enter your password again to confirm the setting. After that, click "OK".
