Falk: Update navigation device - these options are available

United Navigation GmbH is a company from Stuttgart that manufactured Falk navigation devices, among other things. After the company went bankrupt in 2017, you are probably wondering how you can now update your maps. This is namely only possible to a limited extent.

How you can still update your Falk navigation device

After United Navigation GmbH filed for insolvency in 2017, no further firmware updates are to be expected. Neither the device nor the software will thus continue to be worked on. But what is most important for you is the regular update of the maps for the navigation device from Falk. But here, too, there has already been no development for two years.

1. Until March 29, 2018, it was still possible to download or update the available maps for the navigation device.
2. So you as a customer could download a free map update, provided you were eligible.
3. With the help of the Content Manager, it is nevertheless still possible to obtain map updates, but these are subject to a charge. Up to four times a year appear new map that you can use.
