Connecting Huawei to TV - How to stream your photos

If you want to show your photos to your friends or acquaintances, the small smartphone screen is very inconvenient. With the help of built-in standards or an app, you can use Huawei Screen Mirroring and easily watch content on your TV.

How to connect your mobile device via built-in standards like Huawei Screen Mirroring:

1. Turn on both your mobile device and TV.
2. Now scroll down the Quick Settings from the top of the screen.
3. There you will find the Huawai "Mirror Share" feature. Click on it and activate it.
4. Go to your photo gallery and select a photo. The Mirror Share icon will now appear at the top. Click it and the photo will appear on your TV a few seconds later.

Connect Huawei wirelessly via an app

You can also connect your Huawei wirelessly to your TV with the right app:

1. Make sure that both your Huawei device and your TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The TV must also be turned on.
2. Now go to the Google Play Store on your Android smartphone and type "BubbleUPnP" or "AllCast" in the search bar at the top. Both apps allow you to broadcast wirelessly to your TV.
3. Download one of these apps to your smartphone and open the app afterwards.
4. You will now see all your pictures from the photo gallery. Click on one of the pictures and go to "stream".
5. Your TV screen will now display the photo you selected.
