Apex Legends: Display FPS in game - how to do it

While playing Apex Legends, you can display the FPS. This does not require an additional overlay via installation or a special tool. Instead, it simply works via an option of the game.

How to view the FPS in Apex Legends

The FPS or "frames per second" is a number that indicates how many frames are shown per second. This is crucial in videos or even computer games like Apex Legends. If you want to check how many FPS you have when playing Apex Legends, you don't need an additional tool. Instead, you can view the FPS in the Apex Legends game by enabling an option to do so in the Origin launcher.

How to view the FPS in Apex

1. First, open the Origin launcher, but do not launch Apex Legends yet.
2. Now select "Application Settings" under "Origin" at the top left.
3. Here you will find the "During Gameplay" section. Klicken Sie rechts daneben auf das Drop-Down-Menü.
4. Wählen Sie zum Beispiel „Oben rechts“ aus.
5. Darunter können Sie sowohl die Größe der FPS-Anzeige als auch die Transparenz einstellen, damit die Anzeige Sie beim Spielen nicht ablenkt.
6. Danach können Sie Apex Legends starten und sehen im Spiel oben rechts die FPS.
