Windows 10: Bring back Minesweeper and Solitaire

Solitaire and Minesweeper are simply part of the game for many Windows users. However, Minesweeper is now no longer available on Windows 10 and Solitaire has received a major update that many users do not like. Fortunately, all games from the Windows 7 collection can be reinstalled.

How to play Minesweeper and Solitaire again

Did you used to like playing Minesweeper and Solitaire? Most users especially liked the old versions that were available until Windows 7. Solitaire is still pre-installed on Windows 10, but it has gained many new features. Minesweeper can no longer be found at all. However, it is possible to manually install the old game collection from 2007 without any problems. To do so, you can download the games directly from the Microsoft Store. The Microsoft Store is similar to the App Store on a smartphone and is used to find and install programs quickly and easily.

How to install the games

1. Click in the Windows search bar and enter "Microsoft Store".
2. Confirm with Enter so that the program opens.
3. Click "Search" in the menu bar.
4. Suchen Sie nach „Minesweeper“.
