Valheim: Get poison resistance - how to do it

Resistance is an important keyword in the world of Valheim, as a wide variety of dangers lurk there. With poison resistance, you increase your chances of survival quite significantly, especially in the swamp.

Valheim: How to make poison resistance

You can get poison resistance by drinking the mead of poison resistance. The production runs as follows:

• First you need to make mead mixture: frost resistance in the cauldron.
• For this you need 10 honey, 5 thistles, 10 coal and 1 mermaid tail.
• You then put the mead mixture into the fermenter.
• As a result, you get six units of the mead after some time. While the resistance is active, the total poison damage you take is reduced by 75 percent.

The effect lasts for 600 seconds (that's 10 minutes) per potion. This is enough for most adventures, you can even manage the fight against Bone Rancor in this time. Still, it is advisable to have several Mets in your pack, because better safe than sorry.
