1. Turn off the Note 9 and take a hair dryer to hand.
2. Warm the sides of the device evenly to dissolve the glue.
3. Then attach the suction cup to the back of the Note 9 and try to get between the halves of the case with the pick. With the suction cup you help to pry open the case little by little.
4. Remove the 17 screws in the device.
5. Remove the pad for wireless charging.
