You can perform a cold boot especially when your device no longer responds to any information. The Surface Pro 6 does not have a dedicated reset button for this, but you do have other options to choose from to get your device up and running again. Note that you should only perform a hardware reset if it is absolutely necessary. Doing so will completely disconnect the hardware from the power supply, which may cause damage to the device under certain circumstances.
