Facebook: Rate page - it's that easy

For many years, Facebook has been an important channel for companies to attract new customers. In turn, these use the social network to rate companies. We show you how to rate Facebook pages and thus contribute to the density of information.

Facebook reviews are a good guide for many users.

Facebook reviews are very useful because they provide other users with authentic information about a particular location. It can be a restaurant, a club, a sports facility, a hotel or other facilities and stores.

How to rate a Facebook page

Instead of the Facebook function to rate a page, there are now recommendations. However, the principle is the same. Proceed as follows to rate a Facebook page:
  1. Visit a Facebook page and click on "Recommendations" on the left. Alternatively, the page may be suggested to you directly if you have just visited a store, restaurant or similar.
  2. You can now choose between "Recommend" or "Do not recommend". So there are no longer exact gradations as in the rating with stars.
  3. In addition, you can then still describe with a short text why you have decided for or against a recommendation. In addition, you can also select tags.
  4. Finally, you can still specify to which target group you count yourself.
  5. If the option to rate page is not visible, the owner of the company page may have issued this function.
Your recommendation now flows into the overall rating and your rating appears chronologically at the top of the list of all ratings. Facebook assigns ratings based on the recommendations, but if there are too few ratings, no overall result is yet visible.
