Modern Warfare is back and has a special weapon in store for you in the form of the XKR M4A1.

CoD MW: XRK M4A1 not available to all players

The Blueprint for the XRK variant of the M4A1 assault rifle in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was an exclusive pre-order bonus.

• The weapon is only available to players who have digitally pre-ordered Modern Warfare.
• Thus, after installing the game, the XRK assault rifle is automatically available.
• You can easily assign the weapon to an equipment loadout. To do this, open the desired equipment and place the assault rifle in the desired slot.
• Alternatively, you can get this weapon variant if you buy a specific edition of CoD MW online. You can get these from the PlayStation Store, for example.
• Make sure that the edition includes the XRK weapon pack.

The strength of the XRK M4A1 is its high-level upgrades, which you can use even if you have not yet leveled up the M4 and thus have not yet unlocked these upgrades. Those who have not pre-ordered the game or purchased the Battle Pass Edition will not be able to get this weapon variant. However, by leveling up the M4 and unlocking all the upgrades, you can own a comparably powerful weapon.
